hypnox 12/31/20 9:41:30 AM #2:	The best choice i ever made for a hamburger was when I went to a butcher and saw a ribeye that had a big fat deposit between the decal(i think thats the muscle name) and the eye. ScritchOwl 12/31/20 10:14:41 AM #5:	The flavor is often determined more by the fat used to grind in that the meat itself. So often since beef fat is used deer (if proper cleaning was done to remove lymph glands), cow and bison will taste far to similar for anyone not born with a golden pallette. That being said home made veggie burgers will often taste better (mushroom, tofu, bell pepper, and oats) as they will have a flavor profile that is different. Store bought veggie patties have to many additives and smell like bile. --- Sometimes you come out on top, sometimes on bottom. I make a really good meatloaf burger. You put ground beef, panko bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated cheese into a large bowl and mix it all together with your bear hands. If you don't have bear hands, use your bare hands.
