This is all we can hope to call the present moment. Since brains are not so structurally different, humanity can agree on a shared time experience. Until we start approaching lightspeed, that is. Then 'when' becomes more a matter of opinion depending on one's frame of reference. Because we are seeing things as light reflects we are never actually seeing things in the present - only as fast as light hits our eyes So your thoughts are present but anything you see is technically in the past. And even then there is still the time it takes for your synapses to process thoughts so even thats in the past!
