Damn_Underscore 12/24/20 12:43:16 PM #1:	Obviously this is not possible for everyone because your parents' house won't necessarily be within reasonable driving distance of a job, but by the time you are an adult your parents will likely be well into paying off their mortgage. If you live in your own place your housing costs can easily be half of your income or more. No reason to pay all that for 30 years if you don't have to. Didn't find the right house in time for the sale and didn't want to be stuck in a lease if the perfect house came along.
