Sounds like the looters stole all the evidence lol.

Freemans office said police responded to the pawn shop at dusk to find Horton on the sidewalk. Officers began trying to help him, but they were physically and verbally assaulted, so they moved him to a nearby business. Prosecutors said paramedics arrived to a chaotic scene and couldnt reach Horton, so police carried him to an ambulance.

Officers arrested the pawn shop owner but left before processing the scene because they were being threatened, prosecutors said. As a result, police never recovered a firearm. And by the time police returned the next morning, the pawn shop had been ransacked. Prosecutors said everything in the shop was gone, including security cameras and equipment that would have recorded the shooting.

So allegedly the store owner shot a looter, but due to the other looters the police and paramedics weren't able to give the victim proper care, the police were also unable to collect evidence, and any potential evidence was looted... Sounds like a shit show all around.

Is there anything more antithetical to the spirit of BLM than a black man dying because he was shot while looting and other looters were being so violent that paramedics weren't able to actually help them, eventually ending in no charges because they looted literally everything including any evidence?
