Nintendo said they were supposed to be back in retail by now, but I can't find them. Online at least. The purchase links on Nintendo's website are either broken or link me to the Bravely Default II store page (???)

Amazon Canada had them available for a little while a few weeks ago but not anymore.

The UK Official Nintendo store currently has Series 2 in stock, but I dunno if you can get them delivered overseas.

if you are looking for them for the amiibo functionality then you can just buy some NFC chips on Amazon and burn them with an android phone
