Lies, lies, lies! https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/resources/idt-b6360f40-84f9-469b-b6a3-a4568e161c4f Prof Ghani agrees and estimates it will take two more years to "to get the whole world back to normal", but with the process likely to be quicker for high-income countries like the UK. And with human stupidity you can double that number! I'm sick of everything, I'm sick of not having a damn life! I will do what is necessary but every day I'll call out every person who continued to insist that normal will ever return! I'm run out of f's to give. Guess I can kiss the last decade where my body won't be breaking down and useless goodbye! So long 30s, have fun with those decrypt 40s where everything starts breaking! wolfy42 12/05/20 8:19:00 AM #29:	look, things were getting back towards normal a month ago, with many places having indoor eating again, gyms opening up etc. Masks were still required but we were on the way towards good progress before the numbers started to spike again, and that was without any kind of vaccine. THIS month the vaccine should start going out for health care workers and emergency workers etc, and next month for the most high risk and elderly. It's highly likely that will drop the numbers drastically already, and by Feb the gen pops will start getting it. So in the fairly short term we are looking at getting back on track to where we were a month or so again and then probably much faster/rapid progress after that. While things wont go back to normal right away, i'm fairly confident that in 6 months we will see most of our freedoms returned, the ability to eat out, and masks may no longer be mandotory even by april or may.
