Dugtrio and Charizard can learn Shadow Claw, which you should've found in Glittering Cave a while back. Staraptor can learn Thief, but Brave Bird is still going to hit for more. Gyarados can learn Payback, which is probably pretty good against fast Psychics.

I did more grinding while I watched a movie. Didn't play for too long, but I'm at a point if I don't grind enough I chance losing half my team again!

I gave Shadow Claw to Dugtrio though.

Did a last minute grind at the Battle Chateau before I hit the gym! Pretty straight-forward. I saved Dugtrio and Klinklang for the leader. I was pretty decently leveled to survive it. As it turns out, Dugtrio cannot take a single hit to save its life. What the fuck this dude just crumples at any attack. lol Totally worthless in this fight, but he was able to coax all the Hyper Potions on the first enemy. It was all up to Klinklang after that. He had Discharge and Gear Grind to tear apart the cat thing and then Slowking. Just bodied. Had to use some heals, but Klinklang carried.

Also my rival wants to fight immediately after the gym wtf gtfo. But oh wait, the Team Flare leader says he's going to use the device to MURDER EVERYONE NOT IN HIS CREW. Seriously, this is the dumbest team ever. They are the shits.

Anyway, I go to the little cafe and I beat up some people pretending to be wait staff and then enter the lab. And then I fight Lysandore! He wasn't too bad. But I was like, one move away from dying on 4 different Pokemon if it weren't for my superior speed. I healed up and then started the labs... but it's too late and I'm a tired boy.

Too tired for level updates. But everyone is 50+!

It's the setting for whether you have the option to change out your Pokemon after you knock out your opponent's. One option is "Dumbass is about to send out a Magikarp, would you like to switch?" and the other option is just "Dumbass sent out Magikarp!".

So alright, I had time! I finish off the cafe lab. There's a hobo locked up telling a story about the Pokemon that revived all life or whatever. It seemed really stupid so I didn't pay attention to it. I beat a new Team Flare dude and then he asks me to hit a button. Idk, I picked the red one and Geosenge City is fucked by a cool diamond flower thing. I feel like this was a none of the choices matter kind of choice.

Anyway, off to that city I guess. My Pokeyz were fine for the most part in this dungeon except a couple scary crits. Also, that girl is following me into the secret lab because she happened to go to the other secret lab and talk to those masked losers? Lol

Okay, the more I hear about this plot the worse it gets. Lol This fucking guy with his plan to kill all Pokemon because they are TOOLS OF WAR in this world of cafes and Frou-Frous and bullshit. Lol

WHAT THE FUCK THIS GYARADOS HAS EARTHQUAKE HOW? He critted and almost one-shot Klinklang. The team battles after are fine. The one girl Shauna wants to help and just runs away immediately at trouble? Okay.

At least the Xerneas seemed really effing cool. Like super cool. Obviously, I chuck the Master Ball at it immediately because I feel like nothing else will give me a reason to throw a Master Ball. I called it Psycho Deer.

His Pokeyz are whatever until he freaking Mega Evolves his Gyarados and then holy shit my options are so limited. I couldn't bring in a few of my Pokemon because they were hurt already from the Battle. I couldn't bring Klinklang because it has EARTHQUAKE. So I brought in Gardevoir which was promptly murdered fucking dead with an Earthquake and Iron Head. Fuck. So I brought out my baby bitch Gyarados and then had it keep using Hyper Beam while it used Outrage. So one fatality. Okay. I'll take it.

Ummm I guess Lysandore just nukes the place and... That's it for Team Flare? Huge lol to these idiot losers. God damn. So there's one thing left to do now... Wonder Trade my Psycho Deer!

Some guy from Korea gives me a Weedle. Lol Again!

And then Brendan from UK gives me... A Tentacool. So I traded a Xerneas for a Tentacool. Fair trade tbh.

The upcoming gym is Ice, but between Charizard and Klinklang, you should be fine. After that, there are not too many ice types or Pokemon with ice moves left in the game.
