Managed 18 bottles total. My wife wants us to print our own label and stuff for it.

Wine is blackberry. We also just started a few other batches of wine. We are doing another blackberry, a strawberry, a dragon's blood, and an apple wine

You want a good wine try watermelon specifically black diamond variety. Its super saturated with sugar which if you let it go dry it has a impressive sucker punch.

Neighbors fueded with my dad for a while over some that we bottled into a 1 gallon cider jug. They guy was drinking it thinking it was like a weak beer. About a quart into it he passes out on his four wheeler and gets dragged home by his brother and dad. Upon crossing the threshold he permnastained the brand new carperting his wife just had installed

Also fox grapes are good to make wine out of if you like the flavor of nugrape and crush as opposed to standard red or white. Horse grapes are nice aswell but the musk flavor they have is hard to stomach by some people

Oooh. Blackberry wine is heavenly. Fuck what you heard. Not so much wine as a liqueur, but still a great pallate cleanser after a meal. I wouldn't want to drink it in bulk any more than I'd want to drink Mead like it's a true beverage, but a good snort of blackberry wine with desert is heavenly. Like a good port or sherry with pie.

Yeah my dad did that with sharkleberry fin, and the great bluedini blended with grape juice so yeah he just made a wine cooler

Blackberries or more tart than sweet so your starting value probably be at 1.060 if wild. Those Appalachian/Himalayan blackberries are loaded with sugar to male them better suited in the kitchen they easily hit 1.1 or higher if maded using a similar grape recipe.

You didnt ninja it did you because most of the brewmaster books have a expected listing for expected alcohol from a finished duration especially the ones down here in the south.

The blackberries we picked were wild ones, though they had a very sweet taste. Also the recipe we found called for 20 cups of sugar for our 5 gallon batch. Not sure what you mean by ninja it

Ninja is a high alcohol tolerant yeast. Basically when the other yeast dies off tis stuff keeps fermenting so you can get into higher alcohol levels usually reserved for harder liquors. However because of this they do make it really dry.
