I used to collect SNES, but stopped when I realized that the artwork on Famicom is 10x better. THey make their game covers pieces of artwork, US covers are fucking tv advertisements. The only games you can get for SNES for under 30 CAD are shovelware or games that had a huge print run. SMW is the most common game there and its still 30. Keep in mind most retro stores go by price charting websites. Obviously not every game was 80, but any big namer besides the aforementioned SMW is usually between 50-80 CAD. SMRPG for instance. Good luck finding that for less than 80 Canadian. Obviously Chrono and the Mega Man games skew my totals but even taking those out its still a pricey hobby. DKC2 and 3 are both 60 and those are uncommon more than rare. Pricing bubble is a hoe.
