Liked the short story's more Lovecraftian-ish approach more. Not so much ghosts or memories, just flat out wrongness.

Its a good movie. Not necessarily Alien or The Thing good, but definitely worth watching. I watch this one once every couple years. The acting was really good, too.

Terrible adaptation of a great short story. The good -- like Samuel L Jackson's "evil fucking room" stories -- doesn't offset all of the bad
