When I know I'm still hungry. That's the sacrifice when it comes to dieting. But damn i was so used to eating big before going to bed.

Itll get easier. Your stomach will start to shrink after the first few days to a week. After that youll wonder how you ever ate as much as you used to.

I've been restricting myself heavily for weeks, but now I'm eating more because I'm worried about malnutrition (haven't experienced symptoms, but anxious from what I've been reading). Only problem is I get full very quickly now so it feels like I can't even eat enough to get all the required nutrients without feeling pain from overeating.

Include some good high fiber foods and vegetables into your diet, they will satiate you without you ingesting as many calories as you normally might.
