Gotta say, that improves my opinion of him slightly. I don't know, I don't get offended easily, I guess? But Ziro the Hutt is maybe the most offensive character in Star Wars. What possessed George Lucas to add a drag queen villain, I can't say. He's not quite as bad as Profit and Lace, the Deep Space 9 episode where Quark turns into a woman to sleep with a businessman in order to prove that girls are as smart as boys, but he's still really bad. This is also the movie where Obi-Wan betrays a parlay with his enemy, which seems wildly out of character to me. Honestly, I have no idea how this got a theatrical release. Whenever someone is like "George Lucas' movies weren't that bad," he should be forced to rewatch this movie. the clone wars movie was directed by dave filoni, not lucas. we can blame lucas for a ton of star wars-related shit but this isn't one of them! --- Geothermal terpsichorean ejectamenta <cite>Mr Lasastryke posted [p:946450136] in Important ...
