Memento .... in a story told backwards, the hero who suffers from short-term memory loss was trying to hunt down his wife's murder, but he discovered that he already found his wife's killer a long time ago, and that it was a crooked cop that exploited his need for vengeance to knock off drug dealers. So the hero set himself up with clues, pinning the crooked cop as the "killer" (whom you saw die at the beginning of the movie). Also, the wife wasn't murdered, but indirectly killed herself trying to prove to the insurance company that her husband needed money for his disability, so she tricked him into overdosing her with insulin)

Are talking good twists or Robot Chicken's moron Shyamalan who thinks everything he does is clever?

If we're talking good, then the Cleansing Hour is awesome. It's about a phony priest and his scam reality TV stream where he exorcises "possession" victims, until he winds up with a real demon possessing his manager's actress girlfriend. The whole movie keeps cutting to the stream's world-wide audience watching as everything goes to hell, people are dying, and the demon torments the "priest" to get him to confess that he's a phony to his fans. One of which is a rich kid who's dad is too busy with work calls and his mom is too self-centered to notice the screaming from his tablet and the shell-shocked look on his face. The mainstream news is relaying the stream as its viewer count skyrockets.

Then we get to the moment where they figure out who the demon is and manage to exorcise it, saving our heroes. And then one of the corpses gets up, tells them they've been played for fools, and reveals that it was Satan himself the whole time. And he casts some kind of spell on the camera still streaming to millions of people. Everyone watching it is possessed and goes on a killing spree; the little boy is the son of the President who kills his dad in the Oval Office.

Freaking awesome ending.

Probably Hereditary. Not because of the overall plot but what happened to the daughter partway through the movie came completely out of left field for me. Once she started having an allergic reaction, I was like "oh, she's probably going to die" but I did NOT expect what happened next. Same goes for what happened to the father.

Dunno about movies/shows, but I just finished replaying To the Moon and playing through Finding Paradise, and they both had some pretty substantial twists in them.

Finding Paradise came out so long after TTM that I completely forgot about it.

It's been on my steam wishlist for like five years now? Never gonna play it lol

It's been in my library for a while, but I've kept putting it off because I also wanted to play the mini-stories they added to TtM beforehand, and I felt like I should replay it to re-familiarize myself with the universe. I did go through A Bird Story a few months back, but it's only this past week that I finally sat myself down for a couple days of manly tears.

'Tis good. Same formula as To the Moon, but streamlined a bit and with slightly more engaging puzzles (not actually sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but meh). Tackles some different themes within the ethical nightmare that is the overarching concept, managing to stay fresh instead of retreading the same ground TtM did. I'd say TtM was a more emotional story, with Finding Paradise being more thought-provoking than tear-jerking.
