Cats are easy and temperate and you can engage each other at your own pace on your own terms.

Dogs are more emotionally responsive, communicate better with language and their nonverbal mannerisms, and easily show huge excitement to see you. But they're heavily bonded to you and need more maintenance and attention and time commitment

I've always had cats since birth, and i've had dogs growing up also. I'm pretty neutral but if I had to pick, I guess i'd lean cats.

This exactly. I love dogs and miss having one. But I work a lot and live in an apartment without a yard at all, and even if I could get a dog I don't think I'd be able to give it all the attention it deserves.

I love my cat though

Id probably pick a car over a dog and Im a huge DOG person

It changed a couple of years ago when I had a few kitties I was taking care of

never had cats growing up but these assholes are the best + they can hop up to anywhere lol
