I read this sentence somewhere else and i have a question
which one has the support for interactivity and animation, the image format or the two dimensional graphics?

That. The syntax is a bit clunky and it could probably be worded better, but that's the most obvious interpretation.

Which 2 things? Animation and interactivity? Not all animations are interactive but most interactive images are animated.

Because it's an image format for 2d graphics, therefore a 2D graphical image format.
