The police are now investigating and wanting people to come forward after witnessing the tik tok video that has gone viral and could charge BOTH of them. It may have started because of a MASK dispute but nobody has stepped forward yet to say why the confrontation occurred... Going off just the video, both are guilty of assault. Though I don't think the guy should have retaliated, it's seems clear that the woman should bear the greater responsibility.

Yeah it definitely seems like a mask dispute, which frankly makes the act of spitting that much worse. It's rude as is, but adding the threat of Covid, I'd say she deserves it.

Woman guilty of attempted murder (if she has covid) and guy guilty of simple assault?
