Sausage is generally pork, which, while not good to eat undercooked, is one of the safer meats to do it.
Plus, it's salted as shit, and there's a bunch of spices in it.

were the sausages cured prior to freezing?

if so, you're basically about as in as much danger as if you'd eaten Spaghetti-O's out of the can, ie, nada.

if this was uncured sausages, like kielbasa, then there is a risk there, but given that its already a sausage mildly undercooked from frozen i wouldn't lose sleep over it unless intestinal distress is actually causing you to lose sleep.

i wouldn't worry unless you wake up with the runs.
