Does that mean they forget everything they ever knew or learned during their tenure? Does that mean they're incapable of digesting news and current events, and processing that data through the prism of their accumulated experience?

The fact they're "former" members of the intelligence community holds little sway when you look at the sheer number of them, many of them lifelong Republicans, who are saying this laptop business reeks of Russian interference.
