specialkid8 10/19/20 7:54:02 PM #1:	I just built my first PC and, knowing virtually nothing about PC's beforehand, I think I did a pretty good job. Apart from some basic "no shit" mistakes it went fairly smoothly. Running all the cables and trying to find where they hook up was a headache but otherwise it wasn't too bad. I even got some officially licensed "Attaboys" from my nerd dad. I've never had a hard on for performance so I'm not gonna be overclocking my terraflops or tracing all of my rays just yet but it should run games pretty well so I'm happy. It'll do great with current gen and cross gen stuff but next gen consoles overall have the edge in comparison. But I'm sure he'll still be able to at least play every game on it for many years yet and if he wants higher settings he probably can get away with just upgrading the GPU in 2-4 years and beat the new consoles. It takes a bit of time. You get used to it. It took me a while to get good at it.
