Don't you drink a lot? Or am I thinking of someone else. I drink a lot, and my brain gets foggy sometimes. Gaba and gingko biloba seems to help.

This has been going on since Tuesday and I only drank Friday the last few weeks. I take ginko biloba each morning along with a ton of other vitamins. I've had this a lot lately too. Go through phases where it'll be pretty much a week of brain fog and not being able to think or do much at all.

ever go running? when I do that I go into what I call my "active" thinking sometimes. it's where I am able to visualize new ideas and possibilities as well as think through problems and possible solutions. it has gotten harder since I was a kid but even then walking around (but especially running) would help.
