This poll sure has it in for people with preferences of 5/16ths cloud cover!
The best daytime is all clouds all the time. Clouds have such a rich depth to them that a blank blue sky can't hope to match, even if it is technically more full of depth because of outer space. https://wallup.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/18/273327-nature-clouds-overcast-sky.jpg All the changes from white to grey to black and everything in between, clouds are a grand tapestry. That they are mostly just water is pretty boggling when you really think about it. when it's hot, i want clouds in the direct path between me and the sun. when it's cold, i don't. aesthetically, i like about 3/4.
