Curl strength doesnt matter. Your bench/DL/Squat numbers are more important.

Unless you are competing with them (which you are not), dont compare what you can do with what others are doing.

Compare what you can do with what you previously were able to do. Look to build on your own accomplishments, not those of others.

This TC. Don't get discouraged by watching others. No one is great at this in the beginning. Your numbers will improve over time if you consistently put the work in.

you're ahead of people who aren't even going to the gym, like me. Those are the people you compare yourself to be. Only compare yourself to other gym people if you're a goal oriented person and you want to match them. Though it's probably better to aim for a more intermediate goal.
