I've noticed Neitono doesn't really use thunder, not even off stage except for the failed attempts at upthrow thunder. I like how conservative he is with the usage of electric attacks and the use of nair. At the least you can say that they're fixing moves that should work but don't. Maybe they'll pay attention to things like Pit's or Pichu's inconsistent hitboxes. Still not nearly as many as some other characters. He is still burdened by some pretty bad frame data, some of his moves are considerably weaker than some lighter characters, he isn't that mobile and has very linear exploitable recovery options.
