i was shown a plastic surgery ad mid surgery where they already drilled a hole in the boob and they literally have a bag of liquid filling(like the ones you use on wedding cakes or whatever) and pump it into the boob.
thx youtube ads. besides being fucking obnoxious with your increased amount of default ads in order to persuade people to go for premium, i now will never look at fake boobs the same way again. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

god i remember for a while my dieting/fitness app kept showing me ads showing disgusting ingrown nails being cut or shit like that
