Our current leader and the one before last went to the same school, the same school the queen's kids go to. It's a mockery of a democracy, kinda like yours but you create your own dynasties and ours are thrust upon us. Regulations wise, America is well more hardcore on needing permits to do stuff, whereas Britain has sleepwalked into a surveillance state. Teeth wise, as you know healthcare here isn't a massive profiteering con like it is there, which explains why our dentistry is far better than yours. Overall, love and hate both countries for different reasons.
