Did a random pull today out of boredom (and because 22,500 is such an ugly number) and got both an Aegis dupe and my last Eleanor for max ascension. My hyper defensive team is brewing back up to the surface ...

It got me thinking what an optimal team would look like for pure longevity/ruining your opponents day in arena with a 15min timer loss. I'm going to discount max Mieu stone for eva like that one whale you guys saw because that's not in the realm of possibility for me, but I'm thinking something like

Aegis - Tanks the autoers not realizing what's going on
Genis - Has a skill that raises def for 4 turns on a 5 turn CD so pretty good uptime, also awakened provides 15% def buff to aegis
Misella - Flat 15% hp buff to everyone, has burn to get some damage down, low CD heal
Estelle - Last slot to ruin autoers, self explanatory

Zaveid - Use him for the awakened 23% hp buff to artes allies mainly since it helps him and misella/genis.
Eleanor - Last slot, just here for the 23% def to aegis

I only actually looked at characters I had unlocked so there's probably some synergies missing I don't know about. Also looking at stones is too much work for now

*edit* oh right it's Swordian Stahn... I actually double-checked the side-story to realize that is the same sword, since it certainly isn't even Stahn's actual sword Dymlos... that's actually kinda neat, although I can't tell if I prefer it Leon just using Dymlos <_<

couple Chapter 6 assets with the midnight update, I guess we'll be fighting Senel, he got a few new profile assets the way Dhaos did for Transcendent Battle.

but I like how, just the same as with Dhaos... Senel's new profile pic also comes from the wild batch of prexisting profile assets grouped seperate from actual R/SR/SSR assets as I posted about earlier ( https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/8-gamefaqs-contests/78991834/945550466 )..... so I've certainly found a patterned actual use of these assets! Now bring on Enemy Corrine.

Well that was a positively depressing summoning session. lol

19 regular tickets and just one SR. No SSR's among the 11 SR tickets and 6 arena tickets I used. Ruca and Repede are awakened now I guess. Arche and Veigue are one away each. Presea and Elize went from no awakenings to level 2 each lol. And I picked up Dezel finally a couple days ago and he's now level 2 as well. Feel like he's the only worthwhile character I got today lol

Was going to maybe do a regular pull since I have enough for 10 but with my luck today I'm just going to save it for Ludger or one of the upcoming banners like Zelos/Velvet or Barbatos.

Did a test run on the light assault raid earlier and it seems doable so far. Not as easy as the water one was but think I can do some work on this one. Was hoping to beef up Vicious and Ludger with those tickets today but nope! Oh well maybe next time.

Is there a bug? I just got to 6-8 in the story but it doesn't seem to be clearing when I get through it

Updates.

Quest Skip is still coming.

The next Tower Reset will increase difficult and have new Memoria. Guess this month is just for people who missed out the first month.

Bunch of quest stuff.

Biggest change of all IMO, they are adding the ability to trade lower shards for higher shards. Also, there will be a discounted Awakening and Ascension stone in the rainbow shop once a month.

Yeah, the Chronos multi hits hard as hell. The most devastating multi hit in the game for ending a high combo.

We'll finally see Zelos and Velvet tonight. After that the only unit we will have actually seen a beta character card for is Barbatos. Obviously there are several other characters we know, but other than Alicia from the story they're still up in the air derails wise.
