My left joycon is acting up (got the special Splatoon edition Switch with the neon green and pink joycons back in 2017). It has been acting up for the better part of a year now. I know analog stick issues are common in joycons, so if I buy a new pair what are the odds they'll screw up too? Like, what do i do?

100% given enough time. Just send them in to Nintendo and theyll fix your original ones. They'll also fail eventually again.
