I'm always surprised that anime doesn't do more to future-proof itself when it comes to game systems. All you'd have to do is create your own system.

To be fair, there was a Love Hina game, possibly more than one, on the Dreamcast, so the author was tipping the hat.

Waiting on Hero? I Quit A Long Time Ago to continue is such a pain in the ass, since right now the manhua/webtoon is *still* a lot of waiting for Zero to show up to fight the Warlander Emperor while the big bad beats up the supporting cast to sell us on him as a villain. And given the build, it's still looking like it could be an actual fight despite Zero being able to go all-out.

Also read through the barely scanlated (or just plain newer?) Inu na... ehhh... that dog curse manga about a small town where murders are happening after a development company is moving in. It looks like it could have a nice supernatural murder mystery element, although it's setting up one character as the apparent bad guy waaaaaay too hard (which I assume *has* to either be a red herring)

I also noticed that Outer Zone looks to have a few new chapters, but do I really feel like reading Outer Zone again? It's a super-shitty homage to stuff like the Twilight Zone and, to a lesser extent, the Outer Limits.

And I had started a kinda shitty series called -- for whatever fucking reason -- Hentai which, despite the name, is about a cursed apartment where anybody who enters it winds up dying or going insane. And let me tell you, so far it's been insanely bad. The art sucks, the dialogue is bad (which might be partly on the scanlation, but it's hard to tell), and the font somehow feels off. The mystery angle is the only thing that keeps me going, as well as some of the build-up with the stories surrounding it.

I've got a bunch more stuff piled up just from scanning through the titles so hopefully one of them will be a winner.

EDIT: Oh yeah, two or three days ago I started this one series about a college student who goes to be a tutor/caretaker at this crazy school where the kids are cannibal serial killers or some shit.

probably has to do with it being a chinese game and china+steam has been extremely weird for a long time now

for future reference, you shouldn't generally expect chinese games to show up on steam

just to make sure but you know that theres no advantage to pulling ten at once in this game vs ten singles right, if anything it's worse because you might pull a 5* first draw and the other 9 are wasted on a banner you won't be pulling on anymore

Watched episode 1 of adachi to shimamura and it looks like very solid yuri. It was a lot more...stylized? than I expected. It felt kind of like monogatari. Although my eyes have also been fucked the last few days so everything looks weird but I'm pretty sure it's more than that. I really like it so far.

Yeah I know but it's a lot easier to keep track of 10 pulls at a time. My wrist has been hurting so I haven't been playing nearly as much. Might be done with the game honestly.

Fuck. My lab results came back and liver enzymes are way up. 170 AST, 440 ALT. That's twice what they've been before. My vision being fucked up could also be a really bad sign. Going to doctors immediately. Hope I'm not going blind/dying.

Watched the two episodes of yashahime that are out (inuyasha sequel). It's fine. Worth continuing but not really anything special yet.

I'm falling more into the vtuber trap. I just can't handle more than like 1 episode of anime a day or much games so it's like, how do I fill 12 hours of time on youtube? Ended up watching holoEN minecraft video yesterday where they dug a tunnel for 3 hours. There wasn't even significant yuri undertones.

I have like several dozen vtubers subscribed, most of them are music/asmr and then holoEN and Pikamee. That alone takes up a lot of time, but I use it for background noise.

My nervous system sadly can't handle music (which is bizarre as hell but nothing I can do about it). HoloEN has been nice to have as sort of background sound. Only one I haven't watched much of is Ina cause she hasn't colabed with the others as much. It's a little too slow for me when it's just one of them most of the time.

It's basically all the characters daughters as main characters and instead of jewel shards they have rainbow pearls that do exactly the same fucking thing. The action has been average. There is clear potential for yuri but they haven't gone in that direction yet. Although to be fair, they are still basically in the intro. Episode 1 can probably be safely skipped.

it was super nostalgic hearing the old inuyasha fight music again. Kinda reminds of monster hunter's "proof of a hero" but more japanese. Actually I wouldn't be surprised if the new MH game's proof of a hero is very similar since it's japanese themed.

isn't it just beat floor 3 room 5?

so probably pretty hard tbh. you'll want your weapons and people to be at least ascension 2, and already have a strong fire user, since it's all cryo.

In official release each floor is only 3 chambers. It's not very hard. You can probably do it as soon as you hit 20 and ascend your main carry.

It doesn't really get hard until floor 4. The chamber you must beat for fire spear is just a ruin guard + a big shield goon and you have like 6 minutes.

Still on a horror manga kick since t'is the season. The ending to Children was fucking insane and just a jumbled mess. They just kept tossing twists and reveals right at the end. I wish they'd gone a different route with a lot of it.

I tried reading some weird manga which starts with a kid killing himself at the beginning and then flashes back to him being bullied and I kept hopping chapters to get an idea for what it was really all like (and I'm not even sure if he's being bullied or actually friends with the bullies or what just trying to pick things up). At any rate, I thought it might have been a supernatural horror or something, but I'm guessing it's actually some weird drama.

Apparently Children, Don't Play in the Dark has another chapter... but maybe I should wait until the series get a lot further along? It's not as much fun going one chapter at a time.

I'm intrigued... although who are we even talking about? There were only so many pairings on the show. iirc, it was Inuyasha x Kagome, Sango x Miroku, and I think Koga x Ayame? So is it just two or three characters?

Miroku and sango are together and I think have a young boy. Inuyasha and kagome have daughter I think named moroha or something like that. She looks pretty similar to human form inuyasha with the black hair and can use both sacred arrows and a special katana that shoots some dragon beam thing. She so far is pretty fun and likes to fight.

The other two main girls are sisters and are sesshomoru's daughters. One looks very boyish and has white hair with a bit of red in it. She dresses in a male white school uniform from modern day japan "because it's easier to fight in". She was separated from her sister as a child and flung into the present day. She seems to mostly fight with her fists. Her sister looks a lot like Rin who I assume is the mother. She has lost her memories of her sister and was raised on sango's demon hunter village as a demon hunter. She uses a special naginata and can create some sort of cyclone ability.

There is so far no explanation for why inuyasha's daughter was living alone in the woods or where sesshomaru is and why he isn't raising or at least protecting his daughters. Next episode will probably wrap up the intro and start the main characters hunt together for the remaining rainbow pearls.

I have a hard time tiering them. I'm generally only interested in watching 2+ of them at a time and gura+amelia was pretty great during that one game and then kiara+calli is always fun. I think calli might be my least favorite because she seems a little more in character than the rest. I also really can't tell if calli is super annoyed with kiara or actually enjoys her company.

upgrade a tiny bit, use whatever archer you have to shoot the ruin guard's weakspot and disable it, and overpower it

if you can't take advantage of each floor's gimmick, overpowering it comes pretty quickly, especially since the scaling becomes much harder after 3

but that gimmick should be free since mc is wind. apply literally any other status effect and mc should murder with swirl. the swirl reaction should be 5.25x higher than what you usually hit for.

You don't need great characters to beat 3-3. It's just a ruin guard and shield goon. If you are level 40 with a level 40 weapon on just about any character, it should be easy.

Yes, the game gives you tons. As long as you concentrate them on the characters you actually use, it shouldn't be too hard to have 4-5 characters at your current level cap at any given time. I think I have like 6-7 level 50s. Money is actually the bigger problem. You get tons of money but leveling also costs a shit load of money. Talent leveling costs money, weapon leveling costs money, artifact leveling costs money. Just lots of money.

oh, i like that they gave people 100 gems because Mona had an issue with one of her skills

but i have no ideo who mona even is, didn't even know she was a character so cool free money. 100 gems is equal to about $1.

but i do have keqing, and i did notice that she was broken. so i think they should have given me more than a dollar.

what i don't understand is why i didn't get a day 12 reward. did they stop doing those? i didn't get one for day 13, either, but i don't know when they sent these things out

one of her buffs/debuffs was additive not multiplicative so it's trash and chinese players are really really angry over it

yeah stamina is permanent and you can freely change mc element

geo mc in particular is incredibly useful at solving a lot of puzzles, because geo mc E is a pillar you can stand or climb on. theres a lot of geoculus you just can't get without geo mc (or, like, venti....)

I'm super pumped for the next anime season. There's some stuff airing in the current season I want to see, but the 2021 winter season looks great. It's got Neverland s2, AoT final season, Slime s2, Stone Wars s2, and Re Zero s2 part 2. That's not even the only shows I'm interested in. Looks to be a jam packed season. Quite looking forward to the end of March.

Dude the same thing was happening to me. I mean, I've played minecraft a bit years ago but they make it look really fun to play with friends. I don't really have any friends that have any interest though.
