Don't care about the school either (I hire high school dropouts without hesitation so long as they fit what I'm looking for). What I care about is whether your skillset and background will solve an immediate need on my project and if you have the potential to solve more needs as you grow in your role. I will ask about gaps in your resume lasting longer than 6 months -- if you weren't working I want to understand what you learned or experienced in that time and how you grew from that experience.
