Spoiler alert: Every Democrat will be better than every Republican. You could run pineapples against the GOP and people would shame others for not rallying behind them for the good of beating the right.

It's all about enemy of my enemy, lesser evil, getting back to normal. Maybe that's the entire problem. Stop treating Trump and the modern right as a crazy mistake. They ares a disgusting consequence of our broken system.

Obama's more conservative vice president is going to what? Spend his term negotiating and kowtowing to the GOP just to try to get us back to whatever the good old days of 2008-16 were? I'm sure this tough on crime ticket will spearhead all the justice reform people have been demanding this year. Too many people are frauds. I liked Bernie, though I had hesitations about how old he is, like so many candidates.

Trump sucks at an unimaginable level. He's done the worst job and there is no way in hell Biden will be worse. I'd rather have neither him nor Biden though, so I will exercise my freedom and vote for none of the above. Force votes and ban third parties/write ins if you don't want anyone to balk. "Not Trump" is not the same as good. A kick in the balls is better than having your limbs sawn off, but I'm not choosing if I can abstain from either. I won't compromise my beliefs for anyone. If this is how the system works, then I don't want the system. Is Biden going to dismantle it?

Weird how people talk a big game about supporting movements and protests and then go "Welp that's just how things are". People are suffering and dying now. Our planet is dying now. They don't need help in 20 years when we maybe keep the GOP out of power long enough to start making some moderate change.

I don't need the Democrats to tell me Trump sucks. Tell me how Biden is good without mentioning Trump or his party.

I'd rather let Dems know that pushing out the same milquetoast old age Dems isn't the way to win elections and inspire more people to vote for you. Using anti Trump rhetoric to get the most boring systematic career politician elected sets a terrible precedent because it shows that Democrats have no idea what to do against the growing alt right movement. They can only pray they can basically vote in a purple tie politician and it makes some Trumpgret voters jump ship rather than actually get new voters out there.

It's Hillary all over again and it's a losing strategy

Did you support any movements? Did you canvas or phone bank? Did you donate your time or money? I did and I wasn't happy with the results, but I'm still making the best choice in November. (I also helped get some referendums passed which have already helped my state and helped organize change at town meetings and panels.)
