What is this?
Replacing and building off the old not-quite-completed 1006-verse, this will be a gigantic mod for the booking sim Total Extreme Wrestling 2020 (*knocks on wood*) crossing over many different fandoms and forms of media.

What's different this time?
The driving concept behind this one is that I am going to set it up such that I will never be in a position where I have to count on anybody else to do anything. That means I am planning for doing this entirely on my own, and if anybody chips in a bit, great! THAT means that this mod will only cover characters and media that I feel comfortable doing without help, which in turn means the mod is going to be a good bit smaller and almost entirely based around "my" stuff.

What can I do to help?
I'm still going to have this topic as a hub. I'll seek input and feedback on stuff from time to time. (at the beginning especially) I can also definitely use help with things like pics and bios that don't require you to do any direct messing with the mod. Eventually, playtesting will be a thing as well. But, the idea is that anybody can drop in or out of this topic at any point with minimal repercussions, so hopefully that means less pressure and stress for all parties concerned.

Current main topic of discussion is replacing cancelled people with similar people, and while I'm at it I'll bring up the couple other "good timeline" kinda changes I was planning on.

Hulk Hogan: Possibilities include Muscle Power (but do I really want to make Muscle Power one of the biggest stars in the world?), Incredible Hulk (who I don't know as well), and Inoki (which isn't as fun). I'm not quite 100% sold on any of those yet.

Yoshiko: Best idea so far is Ryuko Matoi (who I guess could still stay in shonen anime too?) or Kiryu Coco (who is yakuza not yankii but eh close enough?)

Chris Benoit: Probably going to become the Rabid Wolverine James Logan unless somebody out there really likes Perry Saturn or smth

CHIKARA: The mysterious "Mr. SVB" appeared one day and instructed UltraMantis Black to start CHIKARA BLACK. Nobody's really sure why it sounds like a knockoff of something that doesn't exist, but with the financial backing of Leonard P. Chikarason, they have formed a weird amalgamation of our world's CHIKARA and Lucha Underground. Too bad Cueto's needed in B8WL.

Jim Cornette: Lost to Russo in a Loser Leaves Dimension match. I think we can actually get by without replacing him, but if I'm wrong he will be Brian Zane.

Sexy Star: Wasn't going to be in the mod to begin with but I have now made myself giggle with "Sexy Star Man"

Sammy Guevara: Gets to stay as long as he behaves

Icarus: Pit with a Kid Icarus alt. (it has been requested that I give Link a Zelda alt in exchange) Replaced in Smash with Dark Pit.

Mike Quackenbush: Was sacrificed to the Dark Gods to bring about CHIKARA BLACK. Not to worry, the Man of 1,000 Holds Dean Malenko is tearing it up in his stead.

Hana Kimura: Didn't make it onto Terrace House.

Nina Tucker: Lives with her mom and dog.

Having not heard about it before now, and from a quickish look over of the situation... it doesn't seem quite as bad. Apparently Human Tornado asked him and Kevin Owens to use slurs against him in-character in a storyline 15 years ago, and it's also apparently been discussed multiple times since. Excalibur asked to be taken off due to it, and they've both apologized for doing so looooong before now.

I think he's fine and doesn't need to go, honestly.

..And I'm fairly certain it's just Hayes, no real idea about Gordy and Roberts... and haven't really heard anything about Garvin, other than he's... apparently still alive.

Few random thoughts

-I told y'all you could pull rank and get a handful of folks in whether I liked it or not, and I think I got some suggestions but I think eaed was the only one I saw give me a hard and fast list
-I think I also asked CPU to put a pin in some OCs for later, and now it is later
-The more I think about it, and the faster and looser we start playing with actual reality (much less fictional canon), the more inclined I am to take presentation and my own read over word of god and canon on some gender stuff. I feel like a lot of the time they're actually supposed to be trans and then somebody decided they needed to walk that back, anyway. >_> As with most things I post here, it's kinda up for discussion, but if I was putting these people in right this red hot:

I think most of those spoilers are probably a 180 from how we've been doing them so there's still room for debate, while we're still in the realm of lighthearted happyfun topics that get nobody riled up ever.

I think Hogan probably needs to stay as Hogan. He's Hulk FREAKING Hogan, as awful as he is off of wrestling TV he is quite possibly one of the biggest names in professional wrestling of all time.

I'd call that a even better reason for him to go, personally. Just because he's currently one of the biggest names and has been for years/decades, doesn't mean he needs to stay one. Entertainers can and have faded into obscurity all of the time, no matter how big they used to be. Industries change, along with the viewerbase. ...Or should.

Hogan is the only one on the list that I felt was worth mentioning, especially with Sammy being allowed to stay. In my personal opinion, which holds no water with it being your mod, was that Hogan was the only mega star on that list.

Personally, I frankly think Hogan's a waste of oxygen and walking piece of shit as a person, despite his dollar worth on the marquee, who's really not worth arguing about. I'll drop the subject here. Made my opinion on the man known as it is.

...And y'know what, Spidey to WCW would make some sense too. They did have that Spidey ripoff for a short time, and Marvel ain't gonna sue in the Phoenix-verse, after all.

Tessa has racism and bullying allegations waged against her from her fellow wrestlers, along with the history of being a pain in the ass to work with. I don't particularly care for her, do lean towards tossing her as well but not quite as fervent about her getting cut as I am and was with certain others that have been cut/are getting anyway. ...Although I probably *should* be, considering the apparent problem she was with the Impact title and refusing to send it back to it in the middle of... all of this.

...And I don't... think so? I don't really know much about him, though. ...Never really been an Esports guy. ...Do see the one story about him signing with AEW last year, and he's still officially on AEW's roster, according to their page, but...

Are all Bleach characters, I can stat them, I didn't think you were keeping them but if you're leaning on needing them for roster size I am more than happy to do it. I loved to excel statting, that was easy for me, because my work computer is a Goodwill owned laptop I was never able to get the time to put things in myself and I know that's how I killed 1006-verse.

Yeah Jimmy Havoc was even cut by AEW themselves so if you cut him I don't think anyone blames him. Maybe you can do Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford as his manager to replace him? Or someone else? If you cut the women's division no one blames you in 2020 the women's division is really only Nyla, Shida, and Ford. With Britt and Swole doing a side story.
