I created a seller account last week, those assholes charged my card because I couldn't choose individual seller from the start.

Now, I'm unable to sell or list anything because they immediately deactivated my account right after.

I'm trying to get it reactivated, but they don't respond to anything. It's been a week and they haven't responded, even though it says they will contact me soon. They basically scammed me.

Is the support always this shit or is it just because of the current situation?
