It really was, I have no idea what he was thinking when he brought that chick and dude into his videos. He should have stopped when he originally wanted to but I guess he found out it was the only thing he was liked for.

He was already burnt out of the character many years ago.
He then started doing Demo Reel but it was pretty much universally hated by everyone and he went back to the Nostalgia Critic.

I agree that his stuff was much better when it was just him talking to himself and no unfunny skits with Malcolm and Tamara(no offence to them personally, as they were only doing what they were paid to do).

Rachel was kinda cute though.

I lost my respect for Doug when I read that 'Not so Awesome' document made by those who has worked with him.

I became progressively less funny after he brought NC back, and I stopped watching however many years and months ago when the GwtG/CA drama happened, and they responded, "We're sorry you feel that way," to all the claims laid at their feet.
