Gotta Live Somewhere

it's that time of week or whenever again, gents.

more specifically...

NC: Raleigh or Fayetteville
SC: Northern border, near NC
GA: Atlanta or Athens
PA: Lots and lots of trees. Lots of them. And middle and small-sized suburbs. Also, trees.

Also possible, but not in the poll because I'm already familiar enough: Philly suburbs (PA side), Philly suburbs (NJ side), centralish Jersey.

I lived in Raleigh for a time during my childhood, and liked it a lot. I definitely want to visit again someday and would consider living there. It's becoming a fashionable city for younger folks, but this growth hasn't accelerated as quickly as Charlotte - making it more affordable at the moment.

Not as bad as bigger cities, but.

Fayetteville is a shit hole.

Goldsboro and Lumberton isn't much better.

Get use to military aircraft flying over and around.

Durham is a war zone.

Raleigh seems to have peaked in warfare too.

Georgia. Cheap housing that's probably only going to get more and more expensive so you can sell for profit later down the road.

Not to mention Charlotte is a little soul less in my experience. Raleigh has some culture going on.
