Just had to deal with someone calling into corporate trying to push their issue up. They were unhappy we couldn't sell things that were currently on recall.

Thats because you are the not wise in what you know.

you can expand your knowledge by expanding adding your circle of people who also know things.
the old adage of its not what you know its what who you know knows is true.

but when you think you know it all you know nothing.

Too many people think they know it all.

even the worlds greatest neuro surgeon might not have a clue what IRR is. Or how to change a tire. Or how to secure their PC from malware.

But if you need someone to operate on your noggin, thats the one you want.
