I could see school being different in the future. Im not sure to what extent, quite possibly a hybrid formula. Maybe 4 days a week. Maybe different hours, im not sure.

The restaurant industry is probably going to be the biggest one-- even if things go back to normal, say in a year, how many restaurants will be able to stay open that long on carry out or re-open? It's going to be pretty brutal.

As someone who lives in Seattle, I hope the end result is all these tech companies moving to online/at home work permanently. They don't need to open new offices everywhere when they can do all of their work remotely.

I think the working world will look pretty different coming out of this, companies are seeing most employees are just as productive working from home, then they are seeing these massive leases on their p&l and putting two and two together
