At one point, I would have said my college degree, but work experience very quickly trumps things like that and education is really just one way of getting your foot in the door early into your career. (Granted, since college is a social expectation, I suppose anybody without a degree would be judged poorly for it so it still has some merit in that regard.) In general, how much is there really to be judged on? There's your clothes (and I do have a tie that's gotten a lot of compliments over the years), the devices carried on your person, sometimes your vehicle, and seldomly your home. I guess a great watch still makes a favorable impression, but cell phones don't really convey much because they get outmoded so quickly and opinions on cars can vary. DocDelicious posted...
