There are a lot the other way around for some reason but I can't find any of these.

As in the sticks are across from each other and the d-pad and face buttons are across from each other.

You can use a PS4 controller on PC if that helps. Might be able to mod one with Xbox buttons

Logitech makes them. They're not very good.

The placement of the sticks when using the stick doesn't matter to me. But when it comes to the D-Pad, it feels extremely awkward for me if the D-Pad is lower like on the Xbox controller. That's why I prefer Sony controllers.

Honestly, I agree. I hate the DS4 D-Pad. If I hit closer to the top side of Right on the D-Pad, it registers as Up-Right instead of just Right. This could have been an issue with the DS2 and DS3 as well, but I don't remember it being a problem.
