I liked both Rampage and King of the Monsters.
Though I just feel like it should've been a little more humour in Rampage to better reflect the videogames it was based on.

I like the rock personally and most of his movies, but I felt Rampage was a bit of a letdown over all. As mentioned above it should have had alot more humor in it. It wasn't horrible though and I did finish it.

Have not seen the newest godzilla movie though.

I liked both, but I have those two films in two totally different categories.

Rampage seemed like action, comedy while King of Monsters looked like pure action with no humor.

I like The Rock and Rampage had great monsters in it , based on his character I think the movie delivered great score cause when you watch Dwayne you kinda get ready for some action and some funny moments. I would not want anything different from that man, he's got a skill with it. At the same time I wouldn't think he could perform well in a horror or somewhere where he can't be himself cause it would just disappoint the expectations.

King of Monsters had great cast, awesome plot and great effects ( better than the previous movie in my opinion ), but they still didn't find a good way to portray Godzilla so that it takes your breath away when you watch him appear on the screen. In that I think the previous Godzilla film from 2014 did a better job, the angle of view and surrounding pictured godzilla in more scary and more realistic view. They could kinda take notes from the movie called Pacific Rim ( the first one ). Great scenes.
