just went to my local walmart. had a cart full of parishable goods and went to the self check out that last week was accepting cash. line was long, finally got to the register and noticed the little post-it note sign that said not accepting cash. they were on all the self check outs...

figured ok, i'll go to a regular line, because its walmart there were only 2 open and there were a dozen people in each at least. also noticed several abandoned carts...

stood in the line for a good 30 minutes until finally i was maybe 3 people away from the cashier. finally could make out a little post it note sign saying 'no cash'...

i hope they enjoy throwing out spoiled milk/cheese/meat, because i left that shit in the pile of abandoned carts.

Its a safe bet that Wal-Mart isn't accepting cash.

Honestly you think it'd be the self check outs that are accepting cash. Just send a worker out occasionally to collect and make sure there's enough change and bills to make change. <_<

I saw the "No cash" at the self checkouts at the walmart i went to on Sunday but didn't pay any mind to the cashiers.

Last time I went to Walmart was when they had just released the Orange Vanilla Coke. Which I think was around a year ago? Maybe a little more?

Does Amazon let you mail in coins, or have they been getting away with breaking the law all this time?

i did too, but apparently there is no national law and just a few states with laws forcing it.
