First thing that came to mind was that tens of people have died in the home my grandmother lives in, which we havent been able to see/visit since before March. So while I didn't know the people tested positive personally, it has hit close to home.

Not that I know of, but I haven't kept up with all that many people since the pandemic began.

I knew someone who died from it. Younger than me, but he did have existing medical problems.

Went through my workplace, 20+ confirmed cases before the government forced it closed for a few weeks, and when we all got tested to go back to work, something like 2/3rds of my department had it, and we were running significantly short-staffed as a result. Either I somehow avoided it or it ran its course through me, as both my tests came back negative, though I was out sick during some of the time leading up to the shutdown.

Tested positive for antibodies, so looks like I had it myself at some point. If it's when I think it was, I thankfully had just a cough and nothing more.
