It's good for sure, but I'm not sure how to feel about the ending.

The ending of the second to last episode, where it finally shows Wilfred as an actual dog, is obviously fantastic.

The 'reveal' that Ryan is actually just crazy seemed like a big deal the first time but on rewatch it's pretty obvious. I mean they basically say that's what it is as early as the season 2 premiere. I was always a big believer in the theory that Ryan successfully killed himself in the first episode and the stuff with Wilfred was purgatory or something along those lines. The show does a good job of leading you down those kind of trails.

But the very final episode is hard for me to pick up that they're throwing down. I guess Ryan accepts his issues and that's why he's happy? He is in a better place than when the show started, but the only person he's close to is his sister... I guess the job thing works out for him but that character arc is underdeveloped. So he has to hallucinate a dog because he has no friends and that's okay?

I've actually watched it through two times, but I forget most of what happened through the series unfortunately. The biggest thing that sticks out for me is when he meets that other crazy chick, and in the end Wilfred just goes "hey, some people can't handle Vegas."

No stupid film for me.

Lol that is an amazing line

Yeah it's a pretty demanding show tbh. It's not like the office or something you can tune into casually

Crazy how twisty that show got at times. Like I thought I was just getting into a show with a stoner talking dog. And yeah the "dog humor" was perfect for dog owners
