A man is arrested 56 times over 4 years for trespassing... at his own workplace? What? stopped and questioned over 200 times lol

And he has to plead guilty to trespassing just so he doesnt get sent to jail and have to pay bail?

Am I missing something here?

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earl_Sampson

Sampson pleaded guilty to the trespassing charges filed against him, since pleading not guilty would have meant remaining in jail, posting bond, meeting trial dates, and spending money

Well he was clearly doing something suspicious to make the cops arrest him.

All two hundred times.

Something that was never once caught on camera.

Its possible the cops were just jerks. Or didnt like him for some reason... I mean, even with proof, they kept doing it. And only stopped when the media got a hold of the video...

Pleading guilty also means not being able to sue the government over wrongful conviction, so that sounds insanely scummy.
