I only ever seen the white plastic boxes with transparent lids. Never the paper boxes from US television.

I've seen styrofoam box, aluminum tray with cardboard lid, white/black plastic box with clear lid, paper bag, and flat paper box. Never seen those outside of american tv.

That's odd, I usually buy plates when I order Chinese but if you order like a large Chicken Wing or something they come in those containers.
