Goal was to explore everywhere. I got more thorough as the game went on, and the only place I really have yet to explore is Hyrule Castle, though I have made one jaunt there previously. Haven't hit up all the last shrines yet, but I am at 783 Korok seeds without using the Korok mask. Jesus. Still over 100 left to go. I finished up everything non-dlc a few months ago. I have a lot of hours in that game and I only gave up at 895 korok seeds, which I was very proud of honestly.
I found looking at an interactive map would probably be the best way of finding the remaining ones, and it initially worked fine for the first four. Then I spent hours, with guides, finding the last one, that I had initially missed.
