Generally speaking, of course


In light of recent events, everybody now thinks the police are racist. But what about Hollywood writers? They write the white male as the main character all the time while relegating all other roles to stereotypes. Are they just as racist as police officers? Or is it a different kind of racism?

People typically represent their own race when creating a character. Is the creator white? The character will probably be white as well. Is the creator black? The character will propably be black as well.

Of course, as with most things, there are exceptions in which this is not the case.
