I do not understand King of the Hill lasting longer than Beavis and Butthead. Loved B&B.

King of the Hill was good, except the episodes with Cotton or Lucky. I disliked both of those characters. And since Lucky became a main character in the final season, well, I usually skip that entire season when watching the reruns.

But Beavis and Butthead was just so damned funny. There was no personal growth or moral to the story or anything, the show just made you laugh.

Idiocracy, Office Space and Beavis and Butthead. Top three, in that order.

Love KotH the most. But Office Space is my favorite movie of his, I seen that in theaters way back in the day. I enjoy B&B but I love their music video commentaries more then the actual show.

I don't see the problem here. I did not watch American cartoons growing up, predominately because I only had a television (with cable) during my high school years.

King of the Hill is pretty funny but B&B are my boys haha.

That new season they put out a few years back was awesome, it sucks that it seems to have been a one-off.

I went with Beavis because I love that show. I've seen King of the Hill and liked what I have seen, but I gotta go with B&B.

A lot of people think Beavis and Butthead is a stupid show, but part of the point is showing the two boys as they grow up with a TV replacing the love and guidance and discipline they would(or should) get from parents. Its like a critique in a way of children being raised by television

It's kind of ironic how beavis and butthead seems to go over people's head because they think it's intentionally low brow

It is a lot of juvenile humor for sure but the part people get lost on is how it shows how two idiots act when the only real guiding influence in their lives with no parents around is television. I view it in part as a critique of that kinda thing. Beyond that though I just think it's a funny show.

Except a Rick and Morty fan would tell you you have to be smart to understand the show whereas you have to be an idiot not to understand beavis and butthead lol

Also I just realized that I meant to say that people think it's unintentionally low brow

king of the hill is superior because hank hill is the best character of all time. He appears outwardly to be a stereotypical redneck but upon closer inspection, he reveals himself to have a truly caring heart. though he may verbally admonish bobby for just being himself, hank shows by his actions that he loves his son and would do anything for him, and this holds true for peggy and all his friends
