google can be wrong about their censoring without who they're censoring being right

what you're talking about here is basically paranoia. from my experience, when a person is worried about something to an irrational degree, a mental switch can take place. rather than looking for an explanation that fits the facts, you instead fixate on a particular explanation and reverse the process trying to fit the facts to the chosen explanation. this immediately leads to confirmation bias and you slowly (or quickly) start to genuinely believe the explanation more and more. but this is flawed and irrational and does not get you to something that is actually true.

take it another degree further than that, and it's basically schizophrenia.

when you're not behaving rationally in the first place then you can't use rationality to get you out of it. the only thing I think that helps is hearing someone you really truly trust telling you you're wrong, and that doesn't always work either.
