The big issue with the US is that not all areas really got hit. Some places shouldn't have locked down, some should've, but this is a regional issue within the state level. So now as the big starting points are becoming okay the smaller ones that always were will start getting hit more. Edit: That connects because it means people annoyed with the lockdown before won't put up with it.
