I wouldn't say "really long," but it's definitely past the point where I'd normally be going to get it cut. I'm going to have to take the clippers to it at some point.

I was thinking I should get a haircut back in March but it was still cold outside and I didn't want to make a special trip just for that.

And then the virus hit and my barber shut down indefinitely and I'm staring at my sheep shears and wondering if they will work on human hair.

I have a Philips Norelco electric razor with like 10 different attachments. Ive been shaving my head with a #3 once a week.

its freakin awesome. I dont think Ill ever go to a barber again

I've needed a trim at least for years. My dead ends are longer than most people's hair. I'm just lazy and okay with the slow hair growth.

I cut it at the beginning of quarantine and hated it so I haven't touched it since.

I was lucky that I got mine cut right before quarantine started, but it is starting to get to a length that is annoying now.

When your hair gets really long, you don't want anyone to cut it. I've got some dreads going and I really don't want to start from scratch at this point.

Turned out well enough to say it was the first time cutting my own hair on my head. I might invest in a head hair clipper myself and start cutting my own hair on a more permanent bases.

It's pretty hard to mess up, just press the guard on your skin and it'll be pretty even.

I've been trimming my own hair for like 20 years now. It's not really that hard once you get used to what you're doing.

Hell, we live in the digital age now - there's probably at least a dozen tutorials on YouTube for anyone looking to self-barber.

I get my haircut once/twice a year, so it's no big deal. I get the feeling the people crying about haircuts are the people who go every week or two and clog up seats.

As a "retired" hair dresser for women this wasn't exactly a problem for me or my wife..

But DANG did I get a lot of phone calls from friends and girls that needed a hair cut when all of this started!

Said no to most of them though..

But as things are clearing up a bit now I'm starting to accept a few jobs here and there..

The cats attack it, and subsequently my face half the time.

About to get it trimmed right up, since we finally have scissors again.

I don't do buzz cut stuff, right around/above bottom of the earlobe is where I tend to get it cut to.

Nah, I usually only cut it like twice a year anyway. I like it being a bit shaggy. Plus, I got it cut shortly before everything started closing. So I'm good for a while.

I have long, straight black hair and it's down to my lower back now. I ain't looking for a haircut any time soon. I also haven't shaved or groomed my beard in years. I do have to trim around my mouth though so I don't swallow my mustache when eating.

I haven't had a haircut since January. Thought of getting one in March before the shutdown, but most of the places I would have gone to were already closed and I didn't want to go to a barber I didn't trust (I am very squimish about people cutting my hair). I definitely need one, LOL.

I have let my facial hair grow though, and after about 2 months of no shaving I am impressed that I can actually grow a decent beard. Since my hair is thinning on top, I am tempted to just buzz that down and keep my beard.

I think we'll be fine.

When my hair gets too long it starts getting curly. And I think the grey starts to stand out more.

I normally would get my haircut in early April, but I could tell what was about to happen and rushed out mid-March to get it cut before shit all closed down.
I'm good for at least another couple of weeks, but I really do want to get it cut again soon. I was hoping we'd have a competent, severe shut down and the virus would be on the decline by now. But Trump is president, so egg on my face, I guess.
Still, at least I got a haircut in.... Man that would've sucked if my last haircut had been the one back in Dec.

Any other time of year, sure. But for summer? It's fucking hot...pools are probably gonna be closed (how the hell could public pools open?!), and I don't want long hair!

Depends the person. I've been told both long hair and buzz cut suit me. I'm however lazy so just get a buzz cut if I feel my hair is getting long again. I didn't maintain my long hair enough when I had it really long so it looked messy most the time. Having it tied back helped at times. I kinda miss it but not enough to do anything about it.
